Natalie Clopton, Founder & CEO
Natalie has been in the marketing field since 2015 when she completed a corporate internship. She quickly found a love for the field and in 2020 decided to quit her corporate job (yes, at the brink of a pandemic!) to open Clo & Co.
Natalie loves serving clients, educating others and helping people make more money than ever. She has worked hand-in-hand with business owners and knows just how busy you are. Natalie has worked with a variety of industries including healthcare, real estate, law, corporate, tech, retail, construction, education and more.

Meagan Mayo, Client Manager & Designer
Meagan is an Instructional Technologist by day, and our client manager and graphic designer by night. She is extremely organized and ensures all deadlines are met with ease. You will never have to worry about a project falling behind when Meagan is involved. She resides in Dallas and keeps us up to date on all of the latest trends and designs. Everyone wants a Meagan on their team!

Amy is our expert in all things graphic design. Shirts, fliers, social media posts, brand boards… you name it, she can make it! Dawn Kaiser-Melancon joins the Clo & Co. team as a Project Manager with more than 35 years of experience. Her knowledge base includes but is not limited to: Development, Public Relations, Marketing, Special Events, Philanthropy, Grant Writing, Business Consultant and much more…
Dawn stays busy and engaged within the community with church and civic organizations. She holds or has held numerous leadership positions from President and Chairs of large festivals / events to presiding over the local garden club.
